1&1/4 cup cake flour
1&1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
125 ml cooking oil
80 ml melted butter
125 ml fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tin caramel treat (frosting)
125 ml soft butter (frosting)
2 cups icing sugar (frosting)
1 tsp vanilla (frosting)
1. Mix flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar until creamed add in oil and melted butter and vanilla and milk.
3. Fold in mixed flour to make a dough, spray the baking muffins pan. Using a Tablespoon scoop the mixture into the pan bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown at 175°C preheated oven. Arrange then on cooling wire.
4. Beat the caramel and spread on top.
5. Gaudery beat butter and icing sugar and add in vanilla pipe into your cakes and grate chocolate sprinkle on top.
