Ingredients:

5 cups flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

200 ml cooking oil

water as required

meat

potatoes

salt

cooking oil

bisto or any gravy powder

black pepper

garlic powder

an egg

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough (first 5) after mixing the four ingredients add water bit by bit until moderate.

2. After cleaning both the potatoes and meat cut them into small cubes, cook the meat cubes for some minutes. After the Water dries add some cooking oil, salt, garlic and black pepper and fry for 5 minutes then add the potatoes and water and cook until the potatoes are cooked. After the potatoes are cooked add bisto and remove the mixture from the stove (fire).

3. Cut the dough into round shapes and fill half of the dough with the meat mixture and cover it with the other half, use a folk to close the pies.

4. Put your pies on a baking tray and apply an egg on top of your pies and bake for 20-30 or until golden brown.
