Ingredients:

1 potato

1 pinch of salt

1 cup of oil

Directions:

1. Wash your potato.

2. Peel off it's back.

3. Rinse again.

4. Cut into round desired shape.

5. Add salt and mix well with the potato.

6. Put your clean pot on fire.

7. Pour your oil.

8. Allow to heat up.

9. Put in your potato into the hot oil.

10. Turn on daily basis.

11. Until a little bit brown.

12. Remove from the hot oil.

13. Serve hot with any other bean cake, egg, rice, apple etc.
