Ingredients:

1 piece chicken breast cut in small pieces

1 capsicum diced

2 tbsp low fat curd

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

salt to taste

lemon juice (garnishing)

chopped coriander leaves (garnishing)

green chilies (garnishing)

Directions:

1. Mix all the above ingredients (except the ones for garnishing) and marinate for 15 mins.

2. Then put mixture in nonstick pan, cook for 2 minutes and cover and cook on medium-low heat till chicken is cooked.

3. Remove cover, stir and cook on high till it's dry. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves, Green chilies and a squeeze of lemon.
