5 cups apple juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat and set aside for about 5 minutes to cool. Strain through cheesecloth and serve.
