3 tbs butter
220 g cheddar cheese
2 pcs garlic
2 pcs onion
10-15 basil leaves
500 g tomato sauce
½ kg ground beef
500 g zucchini
4 pcs eggplant
1. Thinly slice the zucchini and eggplant. Fry them in a pan with small amount of oil to extract excess water. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion then add the beef, butter and tomato sauce.
3. Assemble with cheese and basil on top before putting it on the broiler for 5-10m just to melt the cheese.
