1 kg chicken
10 red chilli
6 garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tbls red chili powder
2 tbls parsley leaves
1 tsp oil
1 lemon juice
salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1. Grind all except chicken.
2. Marinate for 5 hours or more
3. Then bake till cooked, then transfer to tawa add 2 tsp oil grill till dry sprinkle the left over margination and oil.
