500 gm rice
2 pod cardamom
1 inc cinnamon
1000 ml water

500 gm fish (marinate)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (marinate)
1/4 tsp red chili powder (marinate)

250 gm onion slice (masala)
250 gm tomato slice (masala)
1 tbs ginger paste (masala)
1 tbs garlic paste (masala)
2 green chili (masala)
1/4 tsp garam masala powder (masala)
1/4 cup coriander leaves (masala)
1/4 cup mint leaves (masala)
2 pod cardamom (masala)
1 inc cinnamon (masala)
1/4 turmeric + red chili powder (masala)
1. In a pressure cooker add 1/2 tsp oil sauté cardamom and cinnamon, add salt add water boil, then add rice, cook till two whistles then off the fire. once the steam is over removing the lid.
2. Marinate and keep aside.
3. In a pressure cooker add 2 tsp oil sauté cardamom and Cinnamon. Then add onion garlic ginger and crushed green chili, then closed the lid cook till one whistle off the fire wait till the steam release, open the cover now add tomato, garam masala powder, turmeric + red chili powder and coriander leaves and mint leaves.
4. Close the lid and cook till 4 whistles, off the fire wait for the steam release, open the lid, take a nonstick pan transfer all the masala to the pan, add the fish and cover the pan. Then cook till done, then add rice over the masala and simmer the biriyani till set and done.
