100 gm white chana soaked overnight and cook with salt and enough water, then reserve the liquid
1/2 onion slice
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tomato
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp chilly powder
brown sugar
tamarind paste
coriander leaves
salt
1. In a pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil add cumin, then add onion fry till brown, then add garlic ginger paste. Then chili powder adds tomato paste, add the liquid, close the lid cook for 2 whistles.
2. Then off the heat, remove lid add garam masala powder then add cooked chana, then add brown sugar and tamarind paste then add coriander leaf. Chowly ready.
