Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup blanched almond flour

1/4 cup melted Fourth & Heart vanilla bean ghee

1/4 cup Lakanto granulated monkfruit

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup cold water

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

Directions:

1. Mix all dry ingredients well.

2. Add wet ingredients, mix well.

3. Use hands to combine and form a ball.

4. Flatten out dough with hands.

5. Use cookie cutter to form shapes.

6. Use up all dough.

7. Place on coconut oil sprayed baking sheet.

8. Bake for 20 min at 375F.

9. Add frosting/finish of choice.
