1 cup whole wheat flour
1 scoop + 2 tbsp. select snickerdoodle
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
8 tbsp. light margarine
1.5 scoops select snickerdoodle protein
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup vitafiber syrup
1 tsp caramel extract
1 tsp butter extract
1/2 tsp salt
water (1 tbsp. at a time) until it will blend
extra raisins or pecans to top
1. Combine all crust ingredients (first 6), mix well until forms a dough. Chill for an hour.
2. Pre-heat oven to 350, grease a muffin tray and take out your dough. Pull off pieces and flatten into each cavity, pressing it up against the sides as well. This will be a thin layer and should cover 6 molds or more.
3. Poke tiny holes around the tart crusts with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until firm.
4. Add all filling ingredients (next 8) into a good blender or food processor, pulse until smooth.
5. Allow tart crusts to chill, fill, garnish.
