1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats
Non-dairy milk, apple juice or water
1 apple or pear grated
Handful almonds
Handful sultanas
Honey
Chia seeds &/or flax seed meal
Soy yoghurt
Stewed fruit
1. Place the rolled oats, almonds and sultanas into a bowl.
2. Grate the apple or pear over the top.
3. Pour enough milk or apple juice over the muesli to just cover it.
4. Allow it to soak for about half an hour
5. To serve, drizzle with honey, sprinkle over chia seeds or flax meal, and add a dollop of soy yoghurt. Serve with stewed or fresh fruit.
