1 Cup baby spinach
1 Ounce crumbled feta cheese
1/2 Hass avocado, diced
5 large black olives, pitted and sliced
7 walnut halves
1. Combine spinach with feta, avocado and olives.
2. Toss with low-carb dressing of your choice and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Top with walnuts.
