Ingredients:

1 & a 1/2 to 2 onions

one pouch of Lipton onion soup mix

two pouches Knorr beef bouillon

4 cups of water

roasted garlic baguette bites

two slices provolone

Directions:

1. Cut up 1 & a 1/2 to 2 onions and Caramelize on low in olive oil. Drain oil from onions and place onions in slow cooker.

2. Add one pouch of Lipton onion soup mix, two pouches Knorr beef bouillon, 4 cups of water.

3. Cook on high 3 hours. Pour soup into crocks and top with roasted garlic baguette bites (about 6) then two slices provolone.

4. Place crocks on cookie sheet and put in 375F preheated oven. Cook till cheese is melted & bubbly.
