Ingredients:

1 large can tomato juice

2 tomato juice can of water

4 chicken bullion cubes

3 beef bullion cubes

1/3 c dried onion flakes

1 small cabbage, chopped

1-2 pkgs frozen cauliflower

1 pkg frozen French style green beans

1 packet artificial sweetener

Directions:

1. In a large stock pot combine the tomato juice, water, bouillon cubes, onion flakes and the chopped cabbage. Bring to a boil then reduce temperature and simmer for 30 minutes.

2. You can simmer it longer if you like softer cabbage. Add in the cauliflower, green beans and the artificial sweetener and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
