Ingredients:

tomato 500 gms

water 250 ml

butter 1 tbs

sugar 1 teaspoon

all purpose flour 1 tbs

salt to taste

fresh cream optional for garnish

tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon

Directions:

1. Cut tomatoes and add water and salt and boil for 30 minutes.

2. In a pan melt butter and on a low heat cook the flour until color changes to light brown.

3. Mix tomato and flour and blend in a mixture to a smooth liquid . add water if required for thinning.

4. Add sugar.

5. Add tomato ketchup and bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Garnish with fresh cream.
