8 c. vegetable broth or chicken broth
2 c. red salsa
2 c. green salsa verde
1 head cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, diced
1 red onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
½ c. cilantro, diced
2 limes juiced
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon oregano baked tortilla chips
1. Put all ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and let cook for about 30 minutes, or until veggies are softened.
3. Garnish with tortilla chips.
