1 pound of stew meat
1/4 cup of flour
3 medium diced and peeled potatos
1 pound carrots
1 stalk celery
2 onions chopped
2 bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in crockpot.
2. Put in stew meat and stir to coat with flour mixture.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cover with water. Stir. Cover and simmer on low for 4 - 6 hours, stirring occasionally until meat and vegetables are tender.
