1 ham bone
1 onion
1 pound chopped carrots
3 medium potatos peeled and diced
1 - 1 pound bag green lentils
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1. Put everything into a crockpot and cover with water.
2. Simmer 4 - 5 hours on low.
