Ingredients:

2/3 oz dairy free spread

2 oz sugar

2 eggs

8 oz flour

a teaspoon of baking powder

a little milk

2 apple

2 sliced bananas

dairy free ice cream

Directions:

1. Grease your slow cooker. Cream 2/3oz Dairy free spread with 2 oz sugar.

2. Add 2 eggs. (You can skip the egg and add another banana instead).

3. Slowly add the flour with a teaspoon of baking powder. 8 oz flour of your choice, either SR of gluten. You will need to add a little milk to get to the right consistency. Add some grated apple to the mixture probably 1 apple.

4. Pour half the mixture in the slow cooker add 1 more grated apple and 2 sliced bananas.

5. Pour rest of the mixture on top and cook on high for about 3 hrs. Put a tea towel under the lid Serve with dairy free ice cream.
