1-2 kegs of chicken thighs deboned
1 pack of instant French onion soup
2 onions
whole washed potatoes
grated cheese
sour cream
bacon
1. Dice onions put in bottom of Slow Cooker or pan. Top with chicken thighs.
2. Sprinkle instant French onion soup over the top.
3. Cover and let cook on low in Slow Cooker for 6hrs or high for 4 or until cooked through if doing in the oven cook at 160 degrees for about 4 hours or until cooked.
4. Roast whole washed potatoes until tender all way through. Cut in half add grated cheese, sour cream, bacon and spring onion as toppings or whatever you like.
