Ingredients:

6 boneless chicken thighs

1 lime halved

3 quarts of water

1 large diced onion

3 peeled diced roma tomatoes

1 diced bell pepper

1 can green chili's

a can of refried beans

1 tsp chili powder red pepper to taste

2 knorr mini cilantro cubes

Directions:

1. In a Slow Cooker put 6 boneless chicken thighs and 1 lime halved and enough water to cover cook over night.

2. In a large pot add 3 quarts of water, 1 large diced onion, 3 peeled diced Roma tomatoes, 1 diced bell pepper, 1 can green chili's, a can of refried beans, 1 tsp chili powder red pepper to taste and 2 Knorr mini cilantro cubes add cooked chicken and simmer at least 1 hour serve with your favorite garnishes.
