Ingredients:

500 g stewing steak

5 rashers of bacon

2 large potato’s

3 carrots

1 red onion

5 mushrooms

2 red wine stock pots

a splash of red wine

3 table spoons tomato purée

400 ml beef stock

Directions:

1. Season with garlic, smoked paprika, salt pepper.

2. Brown beef and bacon then through in slow cooker add all the ingredients 12 hours on low.
