Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 sliced onion

1 diced carrot

6 small potatoes, cut like chunky chips

3 frozen spinach balls

a handful of baby plum tomatoes

some frozen peas, added 1hr before serving

1/2tsp dried parsley

1/2tsp dried thyme

bay leaf

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients into the sc and add the sachet contents, mix well.

2. Stir in 350mls boiling water. Cover and cook low 8-10hrs or high 4-6hrs.
