1. Cook the gammon in a bottle of ginger ale in the slow cooker for 5 hours on low, remove and made the ginger glaze from this recipe and finished off in the oven. Finish off in the oven with cauliflower cheese, lemon and rosemary roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli.
