Ingredients:

500 g minced beef

1 tin chopped tomato

1 tin baked bean

1 tbsp chilli powder

half tbsp chilli flakes

Directions:

1. Fry the mince and drain the fat and then add the chilli powder and flakes and gently fry for a couple of mins.

2. Add to the sc with the beans and tomatoes. Cover and cook on High for 4 hrs remove lid and cook for s further half hr to an hr to thicken. Enjoy on top of nachos or in a tortilla wrap.
