1 kg piece of pork brisket
1 onion
1 carrot
1 parsnip
1 red bell pepper
½ leek
4 cloves of garlic
1 whole dried red chili
½ liter of beef stock
1 glass of red wine
2 tbl spoons of ajvar
2 tbl spoons chili sauce
parsley
salt
pepper
vegetable (a vegetable based salty spice)
1. After 6 hrs add 4-5 chopped potatoes. And some egg/flour mix (dumplings). Cook for another 2 hrs.
