one full bag of baby carrots
four/five sticks chopped up a celery
1 onion chopped in half
all on the bottom of the crock pot
1 full (seasoned) baby chicken thrown on top
1. Throw all your spices in that you want. Low heat for an 1/1.5 hours (if it's not producing enough fluid add a few cups in 1-2 water) recover and simmer another 5 to 6 hours until you know the chicken is fully cooked.
2. Carefully take the full chicken out and put it in a side pan and pull all the chicken off the bone and throw it all back in your Crock-Pot add more water for the preferred broth amount.
