Ingredients:

diced pork

mushrooms

onion

garlic

mustard

tomato purée

white wine vinegar

half a pint of chicken stock

Directions:

1. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add garlic and herb cream cheese and quark. Didn’t have much of either left so just combined stir until all lumps have gone cook on high for an hour.

2. Served with pasta.
