Ingredients:

8 beef sausages

1 brown onion

1 carrot

1 red capsicum

1 small zucchini

2 potatoes

1 cup frozen mixed veg

1/2 cup frozen baby carrots

1/2 cup green and yellow beans

1/2 cup broccoli flowerets

1 pack savory hot pot mix

1 liter chicken stock

Directions:

1. Threw it all in and turned it on low. Cook for 7 hours on low.
