1 kg of minced beef
2 jars of red lasagne sauce
5 sheets of fresh egg lasagne sheets
packet mix of Coleman's cheddar cheese sauce
1. Cooked and drained mince then added both jars of red lasagne sauce. Placed a layer of mince & sauce at bottom of sc then placed a layer of lasagne sheets on top (That's the best thing about using fresh sheets, you can cut them to size) repeated another 2 times.
2. Then on top of the last lasagne sheet add the cheese sauce. Tea towel under lid for half hour before serving. Could crisp the cheese top in the oven.
