Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Self raising flour

3 tbl cocoa

1 cup castor sugar

1 cup water

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbl white vinegar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup white chocolate bits

2 tbls raspberry truffle powder

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients for 3-4 minutes with electric heater until smooth. Don't want air bubbles in it as it's meant to be dense.

2. Also you can double the quantity as slow cooker is reasonably large. Put some baking paper in to line it so easy to get out, turned on high 2 hours, covered with tea towel and then lid. Check progress in an hour and half.
