Ingredients:

1 tsp seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cup(s) fat free egg substitute

1/2 cup(s) fresh parsley

2 tbsp uncooked onion(s)

1/3 cup(s) ketchup

2 tbsp unpacked brown sugar

1 tsp lemon juice canned or bottled

16 oz canned cranberry sauce

12 oz chili sauce

1 oz uncooked 95% lean ground beef

1 pound(s) uncooked 95% lean ground beef

Directions:

1. Mince onion. Chop fresh parsley or substitute 3 1/2 T. dried parsley or to taste.

2. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl; stir just until blended. Shape mixture into 30 1 1/2 in. meatballs. Place ketchup and next 4 ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 4 qt slow cooker, and stir well; gently stir in meatballs.

3. Cover with lid; cook on high-heat setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat setting to low; cook for 6 to 8 hours.
