Ingredients:

2 bananas, mashed

5 cups water, divided

1 cup steel cut oats

1/4 cup raisins (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Put bananas into a blender with 1 cup water; puree and pour into a slow cooker. Add remaining water, oats, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

2. Cook on Medium, stirring every 30 minutes, for 3 hours.
