450 g beef chunks remove any visible fat
two chopped white onions
3 large carrots peeled and cubed
1 large parsnip peeled and cubed
6 mushrooms peeled and sliced
3 oxo cubes crumbled and made up in jug filled with boiling water
2 tablespoons of mixed herbs
1. You can add other vegetables if you wish as well. Place all in Slow cooker and put on for 6/8 hours on low.
2. Will serve this with mashed potato and broccoli or green beans.
