2 organic potatoes, peeled, rinsed and sliced chunky
1/2 to 1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 lamb chops
1/2 t each: thyme, oregano & garlic (rub)
1/4 t salt (rub)
1/8 t black pepper (rub)
1. Place potatoes in the Slow cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sliced onions.
2. Rub chops and add to pot. Top with chopped garlic and another sprinkle of salt & pepper.
3. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
4. Adjust anything to suit your needs.Serving with walnut sauce pasta & butter herb steamed cauliflower.
