1/4 c water & water
1/2 t dried parsley, flour & salt
1/4 t celery seed
paprika
onion
onion powder
garlic powder
black pepper
1. Mix this together first 3. Slice some onion and lay it in the pot.
2. Cut a clove or more of garlic, quartered, and stuff the meat. Season meat with salt and pepper.
3. Lay the meat on top of the onion and pour the liquid on top. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. For a larger cut, just increase as needed.
