1/2 onion, sliced thick
1 garlic, chopped
1 hen, split
tomatillo pineapple salsa
salt & pepper
1. Lay onion slices in cooker then top with hen. Add salt & pepper to hen, chopped garlic and cover with salsa.
2. Cook on low for 5 hours. For a larger bird, you can increase the onion and garlic.
