1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup golden syrup
2tbsp of butter/marg
1 packet (375g) of nestle white choc melts
salt at the endjust keep tasting till it's just slightly salty
1. Stirr every 10 mins, for two hours. It was ready when it started going crusty on top, and when dropped into cold water formed like a ball at the bottom.
