Ingredients:

500 gms of potatoes sliced to your preferred thickness

1 half brown onion sliced into half rings

2 skinless chicken breast

sliced or blocked cheese

shredded cheese

garlic butter

all purpose seasoning

french onion soup mix, dry

300mls thickened cream

100mls milk

4 rashers of bacon, rind off with short cuts separate.

two handfuls of sliced mushrooms

Directions:

1. Grease Slow cooker and layer potatoes, onion and mushrooms. Mix onion soup, milk and cream and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle seasoning all over chicken.

2. Slice a pocket into the chicken breast and place a tablespoon of garlic butter and block/sliced cheese deep inside. Wrap in bacon strips crossed over. Spray 2 sheets of foil with oil.

3. Place breasts on two pieces of short cut bacon in the middle of the foil. Wrap firmly in the foil and place on top of potatoes in Slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 depending on your Slow cooker.
