Ingredients:

4 beef cheeks

1 1/2 cups of red wine

1 tin of diced tomatoes

1 heaped tbsp mustard

1 tbsp beef stock

3 tblsps gravy powder

1 large onion sliced

2 tsp of crushed garlic

Italian herbs

Directions:

1. On high for 4 hours then switch to low until falling apart tender,usually about 2 to 3 hours on low.

2. Sll served up so tender so delicious.
