Ingredients:

3 tbs extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 lbs stewing beef

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried thyme

4 carrots, peeled and chopped

2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

5 potatoes, washed and cut

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 can sodium reduced beef broth

Directions:

1. Add oil, beef and seasonings to Slow cooker, stir to coat beef. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir till well blended.

2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
