Ingredients:

the jar of sauce

some frozen sweetcorn

tin of chopped tomatoes

6 or 7 chopped mushrooms

red, green and yellow peppers chopped

2 tins of tuna

pasta

Directions:

1. Cook the pasta by putting it in a bowl, pour over some boiling water from the kettle, cover with cling film and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

2. Then drain and add the pasta, give it a stir, cover and leave on low for 2 hours. This serve 4.
