Ingredients:

frozen cod in butter sauce (removed from all packaging)

a few handfuls of peas

a bag of frozen mash

Directions:

1. Cook on high for about 3 hours as I'm short on time.

2. When the mash starts to soften fluff it up with a fork and grate on some cheese for the last hour or so.
