Ingredients:

6 Old El Paso stand & stuff tortillas

Tesco spray sunflower oil to grease the crockpot

about a quarter of a carton of passata

oregano

garlic powder

1 red pepper chopped

3 mushrooms chopped

frozen sweetcorn

frozen Quorn sausages (precooked on the grill and chopped up)

sliced tomatoes to top

grated cheese to top

pepperoni

ham

chili

Directions:

1. After greasing your crockpot, add the stand & stuff tortillas. Add your veggies and/or meat fillings. Drizzle over a bit of passata or chopped tomatoes (not too much). Top with your sliced tomatoes, grated cheese and a sprinkle of your herbs.

2. Cook with a tea towel under the lid for about an hour and a half on high, or 2-3 hours on low.

3. Take them out carefully! They will be hot!
