Ingredients:

a bag of frozen Quorn chicken pieces

sliced mushrooms

grated carrots

courgette ribbons

half a pot of Slow cooker red wine casserole mix

2 tablespoons of tomato puree

300 ml water

Directions:

1. Cook on low for approx. 4 hours.
