Ingredients:

250 g paella rice

750 ml vegetable stock

peppers

mushrooms

1 onion

grated carrots

1 carton of passata

1 tin of chopped tomatoes

3 teaspoons of smoked paprika

3 teaspoons of garlic powder

salt & pepper

frozen peas

Directions:

1. You can add any veggies, as many or as few as you wish, fresh or frozen.

2. As long as you have the ratio - 3 x water to the amount of rice, it should work perfectly.

3. Cook for approx. 3 hours on high. Stir now and then, add a bit more water if needed.
