1 bag of frozen Quorn mince
1 chopped red onion
5 chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of mixed herbs
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
penne pasta
sliced pickled gherkins
sliced tomatoes
grated cheese
1. Mix it all together and cook on high for approx. 2 hours (or 3-4 hours on low).
2. Cook a bag of penne pasta separately. Add the cooked pasta to the mince mixture and mix together. Add some sliced pickled gherkins and stir.
3. Top with sliced tomatoes and grated cheese. Turn the Slow cooker to 'warm' or 'low' and leave for a further 20-30 minutes until the cheese melts.
4. Serve with salad and 'burger sauce' if you wish.
