1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 red onion cut in half and sliced
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed and tossed in corn starch
1. Place all ingredients into the Slow cooker, mix very well, cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Make up rice and veggies of choice, serve and enjoy.
