Ingredients:

1 (3 pound) chuck rost or beef brisket

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 packet Au Jus Gravey

1 (14 ounce) can beef broth

6 ciabatta buns or French rolls

6 slices of cheese for buns (Swiss, provolone, mozzarella) your preference

Directions:

1. Put ingredients in Crockpot and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 7-9 hours.

2. Shred with fork. Melt cheese on buns.

3. Use a slotted ladle to put beef on bun and soup ladle to put juice in bowl for dipping.
